HOW DID YOU GET INTO FITNESS?...

I was a swimmer from the age of 3. I joined the gym to feel strong mentally and physically.

 

WHY DO YOU LOVE BEING A PT?...

Seeing the changes in women with their self confidence in themselves as well as in the gym!

Hip thrusts! I once moved 200kg… but since having a baby not that…

To get back to my peak strength, but mostly feel more self confident. 

 

WHAT OTHER SPORTS DO YOU LIKE TO DO?...

Olympic Weightlifting. I’ve also done a bit of swimming, gymnastics, ballet, pole dancing and running.

I love anything Thai or Mexican

Coconut with pineapple… PINA COLADA BABY!

 

WHAT’S YOUR BIGGEST ACHIEVEMENT IN LIFE?...

Having my son, Dexter. Pregnancy and birth are no joke! And he is my reward at the end of it all.
