Motivation
AJs is a serious gym for people serious about changing their lives and pushing themselves past their limits!
We have a history of housing athletes ranging from professional powerlifters, Paralympic basketball players, professional bodybuilders and the like! Witnessing the mental and physical journey from beginner to pro is motivation for anyone!
Results
Our body transformations speak for themselves, we're a serious gym, with serious kit, serious trainers, getting serious results!
But results aren't just physical appearance, it's just as much of a mental journey for anyone.
We've had people so nervous to join a gym, that they could barely walk through the door... and now those exact members are walking on stage at a bodybuilding competition??
